Organization: Just For Today Harm Reduction Centre
Description of Services: A court-approved PARS equivalent. A psycho-educational counselling program that covers a wide range of topics including:

  • needs
  • communication
  • conflict resolution
  • co-dependence
  • power and control
  • the sources of anger
  • how to recognize anger and toxic relationships

Help and support offered to both be able to recognize and manage anger as well as cultivate healthy relationships

Offer a standard 12-week program and an expedited 7-week long program available in both group and individual settings * All groups are run on an open carousel basis, which means people can join the group at any time

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: For couples who need help managing a healthy relationship
Application: Self-referrals as well as referrals from Ministry of Public Safety, Children's Aid Societies, other social service agencies, and defense counsel
