Description of Services: Offers residential programs for individuals who have sustained a moderate to severe brain injury and require 24-hour care supported by a multi-disciplinary and intensive rehabilitation program * specializing in the assessment, treatment, and care of individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, stroke or other neurological illness by increasing their level of independence * multidisciplinary rehabilitation includes occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech language pathology, neuropsychiatry for residential clients, neuropsychology * rehabilitation therapists also provide outreach and residential services and perform the role of attendant care * multidisciplinary team can be accessed individually based on the need of the client * has teachers on staff to provide the following services: mental health, behavior and substance use programs - dual diagnosis

  • Group Art and Music Therapy * virtually or in-person at 59 Beaver Bend Cres, Etobicoke  * 4 sessions per month with a cost of $160 + HST * contact groupprogram@bayshore.ca or call 416-231-4358 ext 37122 * directed by a Certified Music and Art Therapist
  • school, college, university related programming
  • residential care around the clock by clinical professionals who are directly involved in each patient’s care offered to those individuals who require extensive physical, functional, cognitive and behavioural supports (provided in Mississauga, Hamilton and the apartment building in South Etobicoke)
