Description of Services: | The goal of the Adult Day program is to provide respite for caregivers and family members. The program offers a variety of quality activities and services in a safe and supportive environment to individuals living in the community who are physically frail or have cognitive impairment. Participants receive nutritious meals and snacks, and assistance with activities of daily living. | ||
