| Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Adults aged 55 and older who is medically stable and diagnosed of dementia with associated behavioural symptoms including those with additional diagnosis of acquired brain injury/traumatic brain injury, Huntington's disease, developmental disability and other mental health illness * must be referred by MD | ||
