About Us
Phillip Aziz Centre has identified opportunities to bring information about palliative & hospice care (and various related topics) and Compassionate Communities (CC) to their community. They are engaging in community dialogues, establishing partnerships to share resources and information and exploring new community initiatives through those partnerships. Their goals are building capacity, reaching communities who need or support our services and education outreach.
