Organization: Circle of Care
Description of Services: Offer frozen meals delivered weekly:
  • certified Kosher meals prepared by our food providers * these meals are prepared in certified Kosher kitchens under the Kashruth Council of Canada (COR)
  • regular meals prepared by food provider * while these meals are not kosher, they are “kosher-style” and do not include pork or shellfish, and do not contain both meat and milk together.

Options include:
  • frozen entrées
  • soup packs (3 frozen soups)
  • egg and tuna sandwiches
  • Kosher and Kosher-style options available
  • Ensure meals replacement offered
  • special diets available * lactose-restricted, gluten-free, dairy-free, renal, minced and pureed

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Clients must meet all of the following conditions: be 55 or older with nutritional concerns; have a physical, emotional, cognitive, or developmental disability; have difficulty shopping/cooking for themselves
