Description of Services: B.O.O.S.T. is for individuals living with stroke and other neurological disorders

Program highlights:

  • support, case management, and education for those recovering from a stroke

Fees: $24.20 per day
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Older adults with neurological difficulties and who are frail * program is not suitable for clients with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia
