Description of Services: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with Alzheimer's disease, frail, or cognitively impaired in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Supervised activities provided at a location outside of client's home

  • some personal care
  • assistance with activities of daily living such as toileting, ambulation and dietary needs is also provided
