| Application: | Self-referrals are accepted as well as walk-ins. Referrals from community organizations are accepted. Intake assessment at time of entry. Referrals are also made through Central Access Toronto Withdrawal Management Central Access. Central Access hours are 0800-2330, 7 days a week. Please call in advance to inquire about bed availability. | ||
