First Link is the resource for healthcare professionals to connect individuals and families with new dementia diagnoses with the Alzheimer Society of Toronto. First Link social workers connect with families earlier through this program. Staff connect clients to resources and supports provided by the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and other community services.
