About Us

Immunization of School Pupils Act is an Ontario law that requires students to have up-to-date vaccinations (or a valid statement of exemption) to attend school. Parents and caregivers need to provide proof of student immunization (or exemption) to Toronto Public Health. Parents can report their child's immunization online. For questions, please call 416-392-1250.
