Description of Services: The program is the host of the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI) * offer the following services as part of TAPMI:

Self management - one of the most important treatments in chronic pain, including
  • Pain Education Classes
  • Pain U Self Management Group Program
  • Physiotherapy and Exercise Group Program
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Group (CBT)
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Group (MBSR)
  • Pharmacy Consultation
  • Fibromyalgia Self Management Group Program

Interventional therapy - these therapies include injections, nerve blocks, and nerve freezing to treat the source of pain

Fees: Most fees covered under OHIP
