Description of Services: HASP in partnership with SHIP (Services and Housing in the Province) delivers housing support services to clients residing in SHIP units

SHIP provides safe and affordable housing. Indus provides case management, service coordination, and person-centered support planning to SHIP residents. The overall goal of the program is to:

  • deliver housing support services to clients residing in SHIP units including case management, service coordination, and person-centered centered support planning
  • advocates with landlords, hospitals, psychiatrists
  • skills development to improve quality of life, resolve day to day conflicts, manage setbacks and increase independence and housing stability

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: adults 16 years and older with serious mental health issues * homeless or likely to become homeless* has residential, family or service links in Peel
