Description of Services: Short term, one-on-one crisis support

Services include:
  • information and referral for housing, shelters, and food banks
  • connect with social assistance 
  • referrals to legal supports
  • referrals to counselling
  • help finding a family doctor, dentist
  • access to financial supports such as Ontario Social Assistance and Ontario Disability Program
  • support with government applications, education and employment
  • help with new or replacing personal identifications such as OHIP, social insurance, birth certificate

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Homeless or people on low-incomes, isolated older adults, people with mental health and addiction issues
