Description of Services: Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) offers expertise in nutrition, and prenatal and postnatal care for pregnant teens, parenting teens and teens helping teens

Program includes:
  • opportunities to meet other women
  • learning about pregnancy, baby care and healthy eating
  • one-on-one appointments with a Public Health Nurse and Dietician
  • breastfeeding support

TTC tokens, Food voucher, childcare and interpretation services are available

Fees: Most medical services covered by OHIP * some fees for other programs
