| Description of Services: | Provides low barrier access for patients seeking treatment for any substance use disorder. Provides brief counselling, prescribe medications (including anti-craving medications for alcohol and buprenorphine/naloxone for opiate use disorder) and connect patients with community treatment programs. | ||

Although formal referrals are not required, they are still encouraged and appreciated. Referring physicians and other health care providers can send these either via email or by fax. | ||
