Tests include:
  • pulmonary function study (breathing tests)
  • methacholine challenge (asthma test)
  • exercise testing on a cycle
  • arterial blood gases (blood test)
  • hall walk tests measuring oxygen level and heart rate
  • high altitude simulation test
