Description of Services: | Assists isolated Halton Hills residents who are unable to shop independently and who have no family/friend supports available, with pick-up and delivery of groceries * clients phone in bi-weekly on Mon between 9am-2pm to place their order with their debit or credit card for payment * groceries are delivered by volunteers and staff will inform client of the date and time of their delivery | ||
