Description of Services: Offers a suite of virtual services that provide activities, education, guidance and counselling for older adults living with cognitive impairment, and the families that help care for them

Clients can access:
  • Live virtual activities that provide daily access to engaging, stimulating and healthy activities including movement/exercise, arts and culture, discussion and stories, and more
  • Access to an online library of recorded classes and activities that can be accessed on demand, 24/7
  • Access to live, online caregiver educational programs
  • Access to online learning modules, designed for non-professional caregivers to handle common tasks and issues that arise
  • Direct access to trained clinicians for help with health system navigation questions and advice
  • Group counselling
  • 1:1 counselling and coaching
  • Virtual home safety assessments


Fees: $99 per month, sliding scale available
