Description of Services: Services funded through the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany and include: case management, personal support & homemaking, transportation (iRIDE), Meals on Wheels, referral to other community agencies, counselling & support, and socialization programs

Service levels are dependent on assessment completed by Circle of Care case manager and available program resources

Fees: Costs are covered by the Claims Conference for eligible clients
