Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to accommodate up to 50 Asian older adults and other older adults who are physically frail, post-stroke, cognitively impaired, have early stage Alzheimer's disease, are socially isolated or have challenges * supervised activities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
