Description of Services: Adult day program for frail older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care in secure area

Service includes:
  • hot lunch, morning and afternoon snacks
  • walking club
  • BBQ's/monthly luncheons
  • breakfast club
  • monthly large party/seasonal special events
  • gardening, baking, cooking, sewing
  • spiritual services
  • art and woodworking groups
  • music and discussion groups
  • pet therapy
  • intergenerational program with the child care (on hold)

Transportation through WheelTrans, Red Cross, Canes Community Care, Vaughan Transit and CHATS

Wait list: approximately 1 month depending on the day of the week

Fees: Program - $22 per day * subsidy may be available
