Older Adult Services Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps individuals remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
 
Partners for Access and Identification (PAID) Project A city-wide program that helps vulnerable people get the identification they need to access health care, sources of income such as pensions, and other services
